The stunning 1920s Fontwell House, set in its own private topiary gardens provides you with both a superb setting and a wealth of opportunities. Your guests can be greeted in the gardens or Wooden Room with a champagne or Pimm's reception accompanied by a string or jazz quartet providing some background music, before moving into the house for a sumptuous meal, including everything from a buffet to a six course silver served meal. There is also ample space for that all important dance floor!

Our new 888sport Premier Grandstand offers a wide choice of contemporary facilities, that can accommodate between 40 and 300 guests on the first floor, with a terrace overlooking the racecourse giving guests that extra outside space. Private dining for 14 to 30 guests can be booked on our second floor where guests will also benefit from having balcony areas to enjoy the stunning panoramic views over the racecourse. Our events team can offer you guidance with theming, production and entertainment for your event. Our team will ensure you leave with fond memories of your event.

Another option is our luxury marquee. With its own lawn area, it is fully draped, carpeted and has chandeliers. As well as the traditional meals, why not consider having a BBQ with the finest king prawns and fillet steak, or using the lawn area for a bucking bronco or bouncy castle for any children (although the adults invariably takeover!) that are there?

We have a wide variety of menus available, but we are also delighted to produce a bespoke menu to meet you requirements and to fit the event!
