We thank all owners who choose to run their horses at Fontwell Park Racecourse for their support and we are committed to providing Owners and Trainers with a fantastic experience when they have a runner at the racecourse.
Alongside a dedicated Owners and Trainers facility in Fontwell House, we also offer eight complimentary Owners badges per runner with a delicious complimentary buffet meal.
We also provide an up-to-date Going Report which can be found through Turftrax
Please find detailed below arrangements to help you plan your day. We offer two options for Owners’ Badges as follows;
Option A – Owners can request in advance a maximum 8 Owners’ badges offering access to the Owners’ hospitality areas. If you would like to take up this option, please register via the PASS system no later than 16:00 the day before racing at www.rcapass.com If you do not have access to the PASS System or need any assistance in its use, please contact the PASS Helpdesk on 01933 270333 or pass@weatherbys.co.uk.
Option B – Any Owner, Syndicate and Shared Ownership who would like to bring more guests or members can request x20 complimentary Syndicate Badges with access to the Syndicates Lounge in the National Spirit/Tecom Stand with views of the parade ring offering complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits with a pay bar and light food offer. Please note Syndicate Badges do not gain access to Owners & Trainers facilities. Syndicates will also be issued with up to 8 wristbands to gain access to the Parade Ring (Syndicate Badges do not gain access to this area).
To request option B please contact us directly by emailing or calling Lousie Daly (Owner Liaison Manager) on 07977 558108 ldaly@arcowners.co.uk or Sam Bridle, Owners’ Liaison on 07584 495069 / syndicates@fontwellpark.co.uk with the name of your horse, time of your race, and a full list of names you wish to attend no later than 16:00 the day before racing. Please also clearly note the lead person within the group or the syndicator, to whom Parade Ring access wristbands will be allocated on arrival.
Advance booking is essential for Owners and Syndicate Badges to enable us to ensure adequate facilities and arrangements are in place to support owners on the day. Please note that Owners’ badges can only be arranged by the owner; bookings will not be accepted by third parties on their behalf.
In all instances we politely request that unused Owners badges are not passed on as this compromises a number of raceday arrangements.

Owners can enjoy a 3-course meal in our Premier Lounge restaurant at a 20% discounted rate off the listed price for that fixture. Tables are to be booked in advance.
The winning Owner(s) will be invited onto the podium for a presentation before heading to the Winners Suite to watch a replay of your race whilst enjoying a celebratory drink.
Race viewing exclusively for Owners is in Box 9 located in our Premier Grandstand.
This facility is exclusively for Owners and Trainers and can be found to your right as you enter the course. You can enjoy a hot/cold buffet meal.
A suite located in the Tecom Grandstand, exclusive for large ownership groups, equipped with a private bar and a large viewing balcony overlooking the Parade Ring.
