The Wedding Fayre will include approximately 50 Exhibitors showcasing their Wedding Businesses & Services to the visiting public, by means of various display tables/stands, located within the Venue (areas as described below), with an external display of wedding transportation/mobile catering/mobile bars etc., located at a designated entrance area of the event.
Onsite internal & external event signage will guide visitors through the event. Most arriving guests will have pre-registered via event organisers website, on the day visitors register upon entry by QR Code.
Visitors are also able to pre-order & purchase a Deluxe Gift Bag on the day. The venue Operations Team set the event spaces & exhibitor tables in place, as per the submitted Floor Plan (provided by the organisers to the key contact, a week prior to the event)
Event Organisers will be onsite from approx.. 07:00 on the day of the event to assist with any final preparations and await arrival of exhibitors, whom have all received detailed information regarding all aspects of the event, e.g, set-up, access, and all other important criteria.
