To enhance your race day experience, we kindly ask owners to register through the PASS System by midnight, the day of racing. This enables us to ensure the right facilities and arrangements are in place on the day. If you need any further assistance with PASS, you can contact their helpdesk on 01933 270333.

Reserved parking can be found in our grassed car park close to the main Owners & Trainers entrance. Please follow signage & stewards directions on the day.
Found in the elegant surroundings of Fontwell House. This facility can be accessed via a tarmac walkway which is on a slight incline. There is an accessible entrance just to the left of the steps.
Located on the first floor of the National Spirit/Tecom stand, the lounge has private access to trackside and balcony views of the parade ring and gives you a private base to enjoy time with fellow syndicate members and includes a complimentary hot jacket potato meal option, tea, coffee and biscuits with a pay bar and toilet facilities. We also have screens to watch all of the racing action. Please note, this must be booked in advance. The nearest cloakroom facilities are on the second floor and all floors are accessible.
Found close to the parade ring, winners are invited to watch a rerun of their race whilst enjoying a celebratory glass of Champagne. This facility is totally accessible and on a flat surface.
