Awarded the ROA Gold Standard for the exceptional experience we provide to Owners & Trainers, whether you’re a Sole Owner, Syndicate or involved in Shared Ownership, we’re here to make sure your time with us is as memorable and enjoyable as possible.
Providing you with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere, our team is on hand to ensure your raceday experience is as seamless as it can be. In preparation for your visit, we kindly ask owners to register via the PASS system by 16:00 the day before racing – this will enable us to make sure everything is in place prior to your arrival. Reserved parking can be found in our grassed car park close to the main Owners & Trainers entrance. Please follow signage & stewards directions on the day.
Found in the elegant surroundings of Fontwell House. This facility can be accessed via a tarmac walkway which is on a slight incline. There is an accessible entrance just to the left of the steps.
As you enter the course the building in front and slightly to the left is where you will find the Syndicates Lounge on the first floor, a relaxing lounge area with private bar, this facility has direct access to the terraces and also overlooks the parade ring. Whilst the lounge is accessed via 2 sets of stairs from the right hand side of the building there is a small lift to be found on the far left of the stand.
Found close to the parade ring, winners are invited to watch a rerun of their race whilst enjoying a celebratory glass of Champagne. This facility is totally accessible and on a flat surface.
