When you need to dust off the cobwebs after all the Christmas over-indulgence, what could be more perfect than a day at the races at Fontwell Park?
The Fontwell Christmas meeting is a firm favourite with people looking for a family fun day out on Boxing Day, and they flock to this special corner of the West Sussex countryside.
There’s a wonderfully relaxed feel to the occasion as you enjoy some welcome fresh air and additional entertainment to make this a great day out with the kids.
There will also be several top-class races. This is one of the best Fontwell Park horse racing fixtures on the calendar, a day that delivers entertainment for the whole family.
Enjoy great family entertainment to keep the festive vibes going, including Nutcracker stilt walkers and illusive mirror people.
Plus, sing and dance to local musician Nigel Smith, providing live music on the day.
Main Entrance Car Park - this will be open on Boxing Day and is not bookable. It will operate on a first come first served basis.
Warm up in the Boxing Day Marquee, situated next to the parade ring with a great vantage point to the track. Our marquee packages includes a general admission ticket, raceday programme, welcome drink, heated marquee, and great facilities for drink, food and betting. It's the perfect place to be to escape the cold but still enjoy the day.
Fontwell Park has a number of luxury restaurant and hospitality options with access to superb trackside viewing balconies and panoramic views of our beautiful Sussex Racecourse. A great opportunity to treat friends & family, or to entertain clients or your team after the Christmas period. We have a number of options to suit all budgets and requirements.
Children 17 and under go free to the races when accompanied by an adult (some exclusions apply for Festival fixtures and Live After Racing events). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
Concessions discounts are only available on the day.
A fulfilment fee of £3 per transaction will apply. This will be added at the checkout. All bookings are made in accordance with our terms and conditions of entry.

Parking is free and there is no need to pre-book. However, we have a limited number of car parking spaces closer to the racing action in the Centre Course.
Price is per car. Get the best price by booking at least 48 hours in advance.
Each person must have a valid entrance ticket (which is not included). Picnics allowed centre course. Entrance is at Denmans Lane (A27).
